On the afternoon of November 2, 2021, the Department of Electrical Engineeringand Applied Electronicsof Tsinghua University signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Green Exchange Co., Ltd. andSucceedEnergy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in the West Main Building of Tsinghua University.

To support the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal and vision, and integrate the expertise, experience and resource advantages of all parties in their own fields, the three parties will carry out a three-year cooperation after friendly consultations, mainly including:research and development of carbon emission and energy big data monitoring and forecasting platform system based on regions, industrial segments and enterprises;research oncarbon flow theoryoflow-carbon power systems; multi-parameter coupledbig data calculation system for energy production and consumption cost based on carbon emission cost; user-side cost accounting and trade support service system;training of technicians oncarbon emission and energy management, etc.

Kang Chongqing, Dean of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics of Tsinghua University, Mei Dewen, President of Beijing Green Exchange Co., Ltd., and Wang Jiong, General Manager ofSucceedEnergy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. attended the signing ceremony.

Yu Zhanqing, Deputy Dean of the Department of Electrical Engineeringand Applied Electronicsof Tsinghua University, Zou Yi,Assistant to thePresident of Beijing Green Exchange Co., Ltd., and Liu Xiumei,CommercialManager ofSucceedEnergy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., respectively signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf ofthe own party.
