On December 27, 2021, the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of the Ministry of Science and Technology held a press conference in Beijing to releasestatistical results of Chinese scientific and technological papers, including the “Top 100ChineseInfluentialPapers”. In theelectrical engineering category, 6 papers,including a paper authored byProfessor Kang Chongqing anda paper byProfessor Xie Xiaorong of the Department of Electrical Engineering, were selected.
