From April 12 to 14, 2019, the first National Forum on Organic Film Capacitance Innovative Technology was successfully held in Nantong. The forum is chaired by Dang Zhimin, professor of Department of Electrical Engineering & Applied Electronic Technology (EEA), Tsinghua University, and co-chaired by Qiu Yufeng, president of Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Chu Songchao, chief engineer of Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Co., Ltd. This forum is sponsored by the Material Electromagnetic Characteristic Measurement Committee of Beijing Electronics Society, with the theme of "anticipating the future of capacitance and making green energy intelligently", with the core of "from material to capacitance, from capacitance to application". More than 200 participants, including representatives of domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises in related fields of upstream and downstream organic thin film capacitors, outstanding personnel in leading industry technology, technicians in the demand side of thin film capacitors, and the leaders of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, attended the meeting.
Dang Zhimin, professor of the EEA, Tsinghua University, Jin Lu, secretary-general of Beijing Electronics Society, Qiu Yufeng, president of Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Cao Yanhui, member of Party and Labor Committee of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone and minister of Organization Department made speeches in the forum respectively. Chen Yujun, deputy director of the Nantong Development Zone Management Committee and head of the Science and Technology Township Regiment, and Zhang Binhui, deputy general manager of the Nantong Central Innovation Zone Construction Investment Co., Ltd. respectively introduced the investment environment and support policies of the Nantong Development Zone and the Central Innovation Zone.
The purpose of this forum is to promote the deep integration of research results of scientific research institutes with the thin film capacitor industry, jointly discuss, exchange and share the technological progress, key issues and technical problems in the field of organic thin film capacitor, broaden and deepen the cooperation and exchange between universities and enterprises, accelerate the technological innovation of organic thin film capacitor, and lay the foundation for the development and response of organic thin film capacitor. Thirty-one well-known scientists and industrialists in the field of thin film capacitors were invited to make specially-invited reports and invited lectures. The reports and lectures covered both frontier technology development directions and engineering practice. Participants actively participated in discussions and shared related knowledge and technology.
