Biography

Tenured Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University, recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in 2006 and later studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States, Obtained a doctoral degree in 2010. After graduating with a PhD, Worked at the headquarters of GE Global Research as a senior engineer and project manager. In 2015, Appointed as a special researcher at Tsinghua University and returned to China to teach at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University. Currently the deputy department head of the Department of Electrical Engineering. Mainly engaged in research related to the reliability of large capacity power electronics and electrical equipment, focusing on online monitoring and health management of electrical equipment. Has undertaken multiple projects including the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Key Research and Development Program. Has won awards such as the IAS Andrew W. Smith Outstanding Young Member Achievement Award, the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Electrotechnical Society, and the Geneva International Invention Gold Award. Currently, over 100 academic papers have been published and 70 invention patents have been authorized both domestically and internationally.
