Dr. Jun Hu has been appointed as a Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University since 2022. He got the Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1998, 2000 and 2008, respectively. His research interests include advanced power transmission technology, novel dielectric materials, and micro smart sensors for digital power grids. He has been the PI of more than 20 academic and industrial projects, and has published more than 300 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and international conferences. According to SCI, his published papers have been cited by others more than 4500 times and his H index is 37. According to Google Scholar, his papers have been cited more than 7000 times, while his H index is 45.
