2005年于清华大学电机系获博士学位,2006年-2008年在清华大学自动化系从事博士后研究,2008年至今在清华大学电机系任教,2009年晋升副教授,2013年获博士生指导教师资格,2017年获长聘,2020年晋升长聘教授。第16届中国青年科技奖特别奖获得者(2020年,全国共10人)。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者(2015),茅以升北京青年科技奖获得者(2016),北京市杰出青年基金获得者(2018)。IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member,IEEE能源互联网协调委员会技术程序主席,IEEE智能电网电压控制工作组、能源互联网工作组与信息物理系统工作组共同主席,CIGRE电压控制工作组委员、秘书。国际知名期刊IEEE Transactions on Power Systems、IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid、Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews 、IET Renewable Power Generation、IET Cyber-Physical Systems: Theory & Applications、Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy、Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems编委,中国自动化学会能源互联网专委会常务理事,中国电机工程学会自动化专委会新能源接入学组成员,中国机械工业教育协会电气工程及其自动化学科教学委员会电力系统及其自动化分委员会委员。入选北京市青年英才计划。主要从事电网能量管理技术、电压稳定与电压控制、信息物理系统(CPS)、电动汽车等领域的研究,作为技术负责人研制的自动电压控制系统,在我国5个区域电网、22个省级电网和6个大型新能源基地应用,并推广到北美最大区域电网PJM、加拿大BC Hydro电网和马来西亚国家电网(TNB)。主持国家优秀青年科学基金1项、国家自然科学基金2项(均被评为电工学科优秀结题项目)、973/863/支撑计划子课题5项。发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文103篇(含IEEE Trans论文53篇),论文曾2次入选Renewable Energy Global Innovations网站评出的Key Wind Energy Article(全球相关领域0.1%论文入选), 1篇论文入选ESI高引论文(1%),1篇论文入选IET Premium Awards, 1篇论文入选中国领跑者F5000论文,指导学生论文曾获2016 IEEE PES Student Prize Paper(1967年以来大陆学者首次获奖),他的3篇论文入选IEEE PES年会的最佳论文(best conference paper)。曾在IEEE General Meeting等国际会议担任Panel主席5次,作特邀报告8次。授权中国发明专利20余项、美国发明专利6项,曾获中国发明专利优秀奖和日内瓦国际发明展银奖。曾获国家科学技术进步一等奖1次(第2完成人),国家技术发明二等奖1次(第4完成人),省部级科技奖励10次,2016年与2007年两度入选中国高等学校十大科技进展(分别第2与第4完成人)。在教学方面曾获北京市教学成果二等奖、清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖(每年全校不超过10人)、清华大学教材评选特等奖(每四年评选1次)和清华大学青年教师教学大赛一等奖。
