More than 80% of China's energy is distributed in the western and northern regions, and more than 70% of its electricity consumption is concentrated in the eastern and central regions. It can deliver 20 billion degrees of clean water and electricity in the west to the east each year, accounting for about 1/4 of Shenzhen's annual electricity consumption. )
