On January 15, the initialization and implementation plan review meeting for the Key Special Project for Young Scientists of National Major R&D Program "National Quality Infrastructure System", titled "Key Technologies for High-Precision Online Monitoring and Evaluation of Microcracks in 630°C Power Plant Boilers Using Electro-Acoustic-Optical Coupling," was held at the West Main Building of Tsinghua University. The project is led by Tsinghua University, with collaborative efforts from East China University of Science and Technology and Beijing Jiaotong University. The project/task leaders are Peng Lisha, Liu Lishuang, and Sun Hongyu.

At the initialization meeting

The project initialization meeting was hosted by Professor Huang Songling from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics (EEA) at Tsinghua University. Cao Lipeng, Director of the Project Office, Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and Professor Kang Chongqing, Dean of EEA, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Experts attending the meeting included Professor Guan Jian, Chairman of China Inspection Group Co., Ltd., Chief Researcher Zheng Yang from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Deputy Chief Engineer Hu Xianlong from the Science and Technology Research Institute of China Energy Group, Professor Feng Qibo, former Dean of the School of Science at Beijing Jiaotong University, Professor Liu Xiucheng from Beijing University of Technology, and Professor Huang Songling from Tsinghua University. They listened to the project team's report and conducted an inquiry, with Professor Guan Jian hosting the implementation plan review.

During the meeting, the project leader Peng Lisha gave a detailed report on the project’s research background, evaluation indicators, task breakdown, implementation plan, and organizational management plan. The experts present fully acknowledged the overall goals and technical approach of the project and provided valuable constructive feedback on technical details, evaluation indicators, and application value.
