Recently, CIGRE officially approved the establishment ofthe working groupWG D2.56, themed“Interdependence and Security of Cyber-Physical Power System (CPPS)”. Professor Guo Qinglai ofthe Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua Universityserves as the convener.This working groupaims toconstitute a research framework for joint analysison cyber-physicalpowersystems, clarify thecyber-physical twin risks and challenges, and explore the potential of new power system security improvement from a perspective of cyber-physical twin.
