Recently, the British Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) announced IET Premium Awards in 2019. The paper "EMS communication routings' optimization to enhance power system security considering cyber-physical interdependence" published by the team of Guo Qinglai and Sun Hongbin on the journal "The IET Cyber Physical Systems: Theory & Applications" won the prize as a representative paper of the journal.
The Institution of Engineering and Technology was formed in 2006 by the joining together of the IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers) and the IIE (Institution of Incorporated Engineers), covers 128 countries around the world, 60 majors and many new interdisciplinary subjects, and is the European first and global second comprehensive professional institution of science and technology society. The IET Premium Award is awarded to the authors of about 20 papers published within the last two years in each of the IET's journals, and at most one paper is nominated by a same journal every year.
