Team Research Directions
The team is named "Complex Energy Network Energy Management and Operational Regulation" and is positioned to advance the fundamental theories and key technologies of energy management and operational regulation in future complex energy networks. By integrating new challenges and opportunities in the development of power energy systems, the team continuously explores new scientific problems and solves urgent practical problems in the industry. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, the team actively expands its research scope to ultimately become a leading global research and development institution in this field.
The main research directions of complex energy network energy management and operational regulation include:
1. Integrated Energy Management and Operational Control of Multi-Energy Flows
2. Dynamic Automatic Voltage Control
3. Energy Management and Operational Control of Active Distribution Networks and Microgrids
4. Automatic Operator
The goal for the next three years is to complete the construction of the research team's basic platform, initiate key research projects urgently needed for national economic and social development, and focus on breakthroughs in integrated energy management and operational control of multi-energy flows, energy management and operational control of active distribution networks and microgrids, voltage stability and control of AC/DC hybrid transmission networks, coordinated dispatching of transmission and distribution to support high levels of renewable energy integration, and the development of next-generation intelligent dispatching systems for complex grids. The team aims to develop integrated energy management systems for multi-energy flow coordination and core modules for active distribution networks, and apply them in several demonstration areas and grids in China to effectively support large-scale distributed renewable energy integration, significantly improve user-side energy efficiency, and ensure the safe operation of complex energy networks.
