Dr. Dongsheng Liu has over seventeen-year experience working for three major energy companies in Australia. His working area covers hydro-electric system management and water valuation, gas market research and strategy, computer simulation of electricity market and trading strategy, electricity financial instrument pricing, company long term scenario planning, renewable energy market and carbon policy analysis and retail electricity pricing methodology development.

In the seminar, Dr. Liu will present a comprehensive introduction of Australia's National Electricity Market, electricity financial markets and electricity retail competition.
